Order and collect from the shop the same day. Your order will be ready for collection within 1-2 hours, you will receive an order update when it is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation, your debit/credit card that was used for payment and one form of ID (this must match the card billing address).
Orders over £50 are free of any delivery charge to UK mainland addresses Monday to Friday. We also deliver on a Saturday or Sunday (extra charge). For orders outside of UK mainland, please add items to your basket and select your area to view the delivery charge.
We aim to despatch all orders the same day to the UK & the rest of Europe. Delivery times are estimated and do not include Saturday or Sunday, please allow extra time when goods are in transit over the weekend. If you would like to track your order progress please contact us for your order tracking number (if you haven't received one automatically).
When you receive your order please check packaging of goods thoroughly before signing for receipt and contact us immediately if there are any problems. Always sign ‘unchecked’ if the packaging looks in any way damaged.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
We're pleased to be able to offer a same day delivery service with one hour time slots (Monday to Saturday) in the London area during the day and evening too. If you would like to upgrade your order to this please email or call us before 1pm and we will check to see if your area is covered. There may be a charge to upgrade depending on the value of your order and your postcode.
*PRE ORDER DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS
You can pre order items that are currently out of stock for delivery or collection in store. We will contact you when your order is ready for despatch or collection. If the item is out of stock with our supplier and will take longer to arrive we will contact you with an estimated delivery/collection date. You can choose whether to accept this date or cancel your order for a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return the item within 10 days for a refund or exchange. Goods must be in original condition and packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt. We are unable to give a refund or exchange without a receipt. Refunds will not include carriage charges and must be returned (at your own expense ) using a 'tracked and signed for’ delivery service.
We are unable to provide refunds, credits or exchange for items that are not from our stock and consequently made to order for you or shipped from the manufacturer.

We accept most debit/credit cards, these are processed via SagePay which incorporates 3D secure, Verified by Visa, and MasterCard SecureCode.
