Footesmusic is the online trading name of Footesmusic Ltd. Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are illustrated to ensure that customers can shop with confidence.
While we try and ensure that all prices and pictures on our website are accurate errors sometimes occur. In the unlikely event that an error is found in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you and give you the option of continuing your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and adhered to as far as possible but no responsibility is accepted for unforeseen delays subsequently arising due to third party carrier errors. If for any reason we cannot despatch goods within 1-2 days we shall notify you at once to make alternative arrangements. If you would rather not wait for a revised delivery date you have the right to cancel your order. We only charge your order when it is being processed or prepared for despatch, you will not be charged automatically upon placing an order.
Orders for multiple items that are not all available immediately may be despatched to you separately and will be charged as separate orders, but the carriage charge will remain at the price for the whole order. Free delivery offers apply to UK mainland only. For orders outside of the UK we may require additional ID, this may include a copy of your card & statement for proof of address, we will contact you via email if this is required. Please check packaging of goods thoroughly on receipt before signing carriers note and contact us immediately if there are any problems. Always sign ‘unchecked’ if the packaging looks in any way damaged.
We are prepared to replace free of charge or offer a full refund for any goods which are proved to be of defective manufacture. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss (apart from any loss within the contemplation of the parties at the time of the contract) or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We endeavour to reply to all complaints within five working days.
