How much is delivery?
There is no delivery charge for orders over £100 to UK mainland addresses. For smaller deliveries or outside UK mainland address please add the items to your basket, you can then select different delivery options and prices.
When will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch all orders (received by 1pm for courier & 2pm for Hermes) the same day.
Can I track my order?
We will confirm your tracking number after your order has been despatched.
What if I am not home?
Interlink will text you with a one hour delivery window so there's no need to wait in all day. You can add additional information to your order to specify leaving it in a secure place on your property if you are not home. This is at your own risk. If your order is shipped via Hermes they will make three attempts to deliver your order.
What if my order is damaged?
Please sign for the delivery as damaged or unchecked. This rarely occurs but if there is any problem we will replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
What if I want to return my order or part of it?
We offer a 10 day return for exchange or refund. Please see our delivery & returns for more details.
